Samantha Gollick - Director/Proprietor

Samantha started her career back in 1989 when she worked for a small family run Residential Lettings company, after seven happy years Samantha then decided to diversify into Residential Sales and joined a large national corporate company initally as a Trainee Negotiator and worked herself up to Sales Team Leader before leaving to have her family. In 2006 Samantha decided to return to Estate Agency and with the help of her husband they founded Thomas Jackson (named after their son's Thomas and Jack). The company opened in April 2007 and since then has grown in strength. Samantha passed the Federation of National Property Professionals Qualification in Residential Sales during 2009.

David Gollick - Director/Proprietor

David is an experienced Mortgage Broker and brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. David started his career working for a large corporate company selling Investments and Pensions and after 10 years David decided to expand his service to include Mortgages. David worked for a well known South Kent Company as a Mortgage Broker, covering many offices and during this time he received many accolades for "Top Mortgage Broker". In 2001 David decided to set up his own company with the help of his wife, Samantha and during this year DSG Homefinance Ltd was founded. With eight successful years and still going strong, David provides an array of services to the clients at Thomas Jackson.

Mary Gollick - Viewing Consultant

David's mother, Mary joined the company in 2010 and supports the team in providing a first class viewing role to buyers/sellers/tenants and landlords. Mary brings a wealth of experience to the company after working at Thanet College for over 20 years as a Head of Department. Mary has a keen interest in property and enjoys helping buyers and tenants find their suitable home.

Michelle Phillips - Mortgage Consultant

Michelle Phillips joined our sister company, DSG Homefinance Ltd in 2010 and bring a huge amount of experience to the team after working for Nationwide Building Society in various roles for 22 years. Michelle offers "Whole of Market" advice, home and office appointments and will help clients from initial appointment right through to completion.

Susan Moody - Lettings Manager

Susan has a comprehensive knowledge of the residential lettings market, including property maintenance and management. Thomas Jackson Lettings have been established since 2009 and grown rapidly in this time, providing landlords and tenants with a bespoke personal service with many new clients introduced via recommendation.

Darren Finch - Sales Manager

Darren began his Estate Agency in 1992 and has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. Living locally in the town of Ramsgate, Darren has a wealth of experience having successfully managed both corporate and independent Estate Agencies. Darren specialises in the marketing of prestigous properties ranging from £250,000 - £1000,000.
