PROSPECTIVE TENANTS
Find a home to rent can at times be a stressful and daunting task, at Thomas Jackson we are dedicated to help you find the ideal property that meets your requirements and to make the process as straight forward as possible.
If you are interested in the property, you will be given an application form to complete and asked to provide credit referencing fees of £40 per person.
Your application will then be processed and a decision made as swiftly as possible to enable you to organise your accommodation requirements quickly and easily.
Please note: Dependent on general conditions and the requirements of individual Landlords, certain criteria will apply (e.g. acceptance of pets, children, etc).

TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME
As of 6th April 2007 it became a mandatory requirement that all deposits are held in an authorised tenancy deposit scheme. Deposits are protected to ensure:

Tenants get all or part of their deposit back, when they are entitled to it

Any disputes between tenants and landlords or agents will be easier to resolve

Tenants are encouraged to look after the property they are renting
